Implement Node compatibility needed for the Discord npm example

including net/TLS transport, HTTP upgrade handling, stream end/disturbed semantics, timers, Buffer helpers, and EventEmitter interop. Fix several runtime correctness issues around native function wrappers, Reflect.construct/new.target, Object.defineProperty descriptor invariants, symbol descriptor updates, and CommonJS cycles. Add focused regressions for the new Buffer, stream, timer, TLS, HTTP, events, defineProperty, util, net, and CJS behavior.
